The Rt. Rev. Dr. Fred Sheldon Mwesigwa, Bishop of Ankole Diocese, has commended the National Housing and Construction Company (NHCC) for the quality of workmanship on the construction project at Rubaare Primary School.
During an inspection of the construction project alongside other religious leaders, Bishop Mwesigwa expressed appreciation for the progress made and the quality of work being delivered.
Drawing inspiration from Psalm 136:1, which encourages believers to give thanks to the Lord for His goodness and everlasting love, the Bishop described the Rubaare Primary School project as a blessing.
He expressed gratitude to God for the development and praised the quality of workmanship demonstrated by the National Housing and Construction Company.
The visit highlighted the importance of delivering quality educational infrastructure that supports learning and contributes to community development.
