House Type C

This house will target the average sized family. It may be as transition from the smaller type A or as home of first choice for a family of 4 to 8. The house will comprise 3 bedrooms, living room, Kitchen, dining, two bathrooms, and store. Within this particular house type will be variations of the design to suit within a total floor area of 90 Sq. M.

House type D

Intended to be the cheapest house, Type D shall cover a total floor area of 75 Sq. M, comprising 3 bedrooms, a combined lounge / dining area, kitchen, and one common bathroom.

The house is intended as an “entry level” acquisition for the first time home owner with a small family of 3 to 4 with the design option of adding a third bedroom as the family grows.

Flats

The three storey flats will target the higher end of the middle income market?with a total floor area of 150 Sq. M. The apartment will contain three bedrooms with an en-suit master bathroom/ dresser, common bathroom, living room, dining, kitchen, store.
